All ANS trademarks, software, and platform materials remain the property of ANS.

Royalties are collected and paid out according to the plan you select and the reporting we receive from partner platforms. Payout schedules and revenue shares are described in your plan.

You are responsible for any taxes applicable to the payments you receive.

You agree not to upload infringing, fraudulent, or unlawful content; manipulate streams or analytics; reverse engineer the platform; or interfere with the security or operation of our services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that may harm ANS, other users, or third parties.

You may stop using the services at any time. Certain obligations survive termination, including those relating to content rights and payments.

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
